Faithfully Flourishing is a must-read for every female businesswoman, regardless of whether you own your own business or not. This devotional is rooted in scripture, wisdom, and encouragement. The Author, Ginger Stegg, has a true gift for using her words for God's Kingdom, and she shares basic principles for cutting out the chaos and confusion and living in God's clarity and love. This book is both inspiring and actionable, and a resource I'll return to again and again.
Immediately opening this devotional God’s peace has covered me so I could approach this work to allow for God to transform me. I can’t thank Ginger enough for listening to that small voice urging her to bring this onto the world. When this devotion is coupled with a group of ladies striving for transformation by God’s hand, it starts to create small and quiet miracles within your heart. Highly recommend this devotional and highly recommend working through the materials in a group setting for maximum spiritual impact.
I've read several study-style devotionals over the years, and honestly, even some of the best of them end up getting skimmed through. This one didn't.
What I appreciate most is that this book doesn't talk about business and faith as separate things. It's not just a quick motivational read. It really helps you look at your life, your mindset, your purpose, and the things God may be calling you to do. It also helps you to see how they all connect.
As I've intentionally worked through it cover to cover, it's helped me build confidence in my decisions, identify things that were distracting me from where I need to be, and get clearer about my direction and purpose. There were several sections I found myself rereading and journaling through instead of just moving on to the next page.
If you're a woman trying to align your faith, mindset, and work with what God has placed on your heart, I think you'll find a lot of value in these pages.
There were so many days when this devotional hit me like a brick… in the best way. It felt as though the words jumped right off the page and into my heart. Time and time again, it spoke not only to me personally, but also to my business, and the season I was walking through.
I’ve pulled it back out more than once, and each time, different words/paragraphs seem to stand out. What meant one thing at that time often means something completely different today. That’s the beauty of a truly impactful book, it grows with you, meeting you exactly where you are.
Some books you read once. Others become companions along the journey. This has been one of those for me.
This book felt like more than just a business workbook/devotional, it genuinely felt like sitting down with women who understand the balance of faith, purpose, leadership, and entrepreneurship. As a business owner, it’s so easy to get caught up in hustle culture, numbers, comparison, and burnout, but this book constantly brought me back to the reminder that God should be the foundation of everything we build. I loved how it mixed practical business growth with Scripture, reflection, and mindset work. It didn’t just inspire me spiritually it challenged me personally and professionally too. Every chapter felt intentional and encouraging without feeling overwhelming, You can tell this was created from a place of genuine purpose and obedience. If you’re a woman trying to grow a business while also growing in your faith, this is absolutely worth reading. It reminds you that success means so much more when it’s aligned with God’s direction for your life. Honestly one of the most refreshing faith-based entrepreneur resources I’ve read in a long time.
